Order Status

Order Tracking is now available through the web store. You can see the order pass through the different stages within our company. You will get e-mail notifications when the status of your order changes. The status may pass through the following:

Pending	The order has been logged in the web store.
Reviewed	We have reviewed the order and are gathering stock for shipment.
Back Order	This indicates that some products may be back-ordered. If you recieve partial shipment, the remainder will be shipped at no extra charge.
Shipped	The order has shipped. At this point you will have access to a shipping number.
