What you should know about our shipping policies:

UPS is our shipper of choice. They have good prices and good service. We charge you what they charge us to ship your packages, so if the total on your charge card is less than you expected, that’s because it was less than we expected. The shipping will never exceed what is estimated on the web unless  you order carboys or bottles, or order more than 50lbs of product, as mentioned below. If you have questions, please e-mail us at brewit@hopsanddreams.com and we will give you your shipping costs.

We can’t ship to P.O. Boxes.

We will use US Mail for very small packages if it saves you money.

Bulk orders will be drop shipped from our suppliers, call for pricing.

We have dropped our packaging charge. We will recycle boxes from product shipped to us, so if your box appears used, it probably was. Better for the environment!

Glass carboys and cases of glass bottles are shipped in a box by themselves. There will be a  shipping charge for each box. This is not handled by the web store so please be aware of this.

We can safely fit 50lbs of product into a box. Orders that significantly exceed that limit will be split up into multiple boxes. For this reason, the web store shipping calculations will be off if the total weight is over 50lbs. We will charge you what it costs us to ship.
